Breanne Morley


Breanne joined Interstate in July 2007 as the Senior Vice President, Client Relations. In this role, she was responsible for program implementation, agent servicing and client installations. In 2009, Breanne was promoted to Executive Vice President and assumed responsibility for the Legal and Compliance department of Interstate, in addition to Client Relations. In 2010, she oversaw the company relocation from Uniondale, NY to Atlanta, GA in May of 2010. In late 2013, Breanne moved into the position of EVP, Sales, overseeing the sales organization of Interstate. Breanne has spent the last fifteen years in the service contract industry, with positions as Vice President at Balboa Insurance Group and Program Manager at ACE Insurance Company. Prior to entering the service contract industry, Breanne was with American International Group in operations with the New Hampshire Insurance Company.

Breanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University.

Anthony Levinson

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Anthony joined Interstate in 2015 as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is a seasoned finance executive with deep experience across the warranty insurance industry, having spent twelve years at Automobile Protection Corporation (APCO). Anthony is a dynamic business partner with significant experience in M&A and organic growth. He was closely involved with the growth of APCO as a public company and sale to Ford Motor Company in 1999 and continued within the Ford organization for six years after the sale.

Anthony was more recently the CFO of two healthcare businesses, one of which provided claims cost containment solutions for payers and the other, an urgent care operator. Prior to becoming the CFO at APCO, he spent over twelve years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in South Africa and in the United States. Anthony holds a current CPA license in the state of Georgia and obtained Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Accounting degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Brian Becker

Executive Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Over the past 10 years, Brian’s leadership has been instrumental in the unprecedented growth and profitability of our Financial Institution and Direct Marketing channels. He most recently added Marketing, Dealer Development and Training teams to his leadership responsibilities.

Prior to joining Interstate, Brian served as VP of Financial Institution Sales at Balboa Insurance Group where he was responsible for selling insurance solutions to Financial Institutions. After graduation from Florida State University, Brian completed a leadership internship/mentorship program with Assurant, and joined a leading mortgage company as a sales manager servicing large accounts such as Merrill Lynch, USAA, and Schwab.

Brian is responsible for developing, leading, and managing the sales and marketing strategy for our organization, and leads all of our sales channels, marketing strategy, business development, training, sales operations, and sales project management teams.

Paul Schaefer

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Paul joined Interstate in July of 2012 as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources with over twenty years’ experience in the fast-paced industries of retail, hospitality and logistics. Paul leads all aspects of Human Resource which provides strategic and tactical direction through planning and implementation of Human Resource solutions. Prior to joining Interstate Paul was the Vice President of Human Resources for LMS Intellibound Inc., a $200 million logistics / warehousing third party logistics provider. Previously, Paul was Vice President of Human Resources, for United Retail Service, LLC a $100 million retail merchandising organization. Prior to that, Paul was the Director of Human Resources for The Athlete‘s Foot Group, a global leader in athletic footwear retailing and franchising. Before joining The Athlete’s Foot, Paul served as the Director of Human Resources for a casual-themed restaurant, Hooters of America.

Paul is actively involved in the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resources Leadership Forum. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Shorter College and carries a Professional Human Resources Accreditation.

Suzanne Moon

General Counsel, Legal Department

Suzanne joined Interstate in 2012, and was appointed General Counsel in 2014. In this role, she is responsible for the legal and compliance functions within the company. Suzanne has over twenty five years’ experience as a lawyer, including six years as Chief Assistant Magistrate judge in a metro Atlanta county. Prior to joining Interstate, Suzanne served for eighteen years in an in-house role with a FTSE 250 business services company, with responsibilities including providing legal support and advice to all management levels within the company, directing claims and litigation, and managing the risk and insurance function in the U.S.

Suzanne is a member of the Georgia bar. She is actively involved in the Georgia chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and is a Fellow with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

Suzanne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Samford University, a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Vanderbilt University School of Law. She is a past president of the Rockdale County bar association.
